Terms & Conditions

Orders

  • Orders placed before 3pm with full cleared payment (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day for delivery the following day (orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday – UK only).
  • All orders submitted online are subject to acceptance by us and may be declined either all or in part at our absolute discretion and in the event that any such order is declined the payment submitted with the order will be refunded as soon as possible.
  • Bank Holiday orders will be processed/delivered the next working day.
  • If you place an order and we do not have the product in stock we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative flavour or the option to wait until in stock is available or a full refund.
  • Goods on this site may only be sold to persons aged 18 or over.
  • Unfortunately due to the speed at which we process the orders we are unable to add/amend items on your order once payment has been made.

Promotions

  • Each promotion offered by 99 Nutrition will have its own terms and conditions depending on what the promotion or offer is.  However some general rules apply.
  • Promotions will have a promotional code set up against it.  Where applicable you must quote the promotional code in the comments box at the check out area.
  • only one promotion can be made available per order.  Many promotions are based on minimum spend and therefore we are unable to offer all promotional items based on that minimum spend.  We recommend that you choose the product you would like and should you wish to have another promotional item then do so with a seperate order.  99 Nutrition will still dispatch the order at the same time.
  • Offers can be withdrawn at anytime and are at the descretion of the company.

Delivery

  • Free next day delivery on orders over £39.99 (UK only).
  • We only ship within the United Kingdom
  • Orders sent via our courier will need to be signed for. If you are not present you will be left a calling card.

Damaged Goods

  • Goods should be inspected on receipt and damages/shortages advised to us within 24 hours of delivery in order to action any form of refund, replacement or insurance claim.
  • Damaged goods must be retained for inspection, collection or insurance claim.

Returns

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then you may return it to us for a refund. You must call/email first to arrange the return. Please note we are unable to refund any shipping costs.
  • Refunds will only be issued within 7 days from the date your products are dispatched. 
  • Goods must be returned in a resaleable condition. For example, we cannot accept goods back if you have opened the product and simply do not like the taste.
  • We highly recommend you use a signed for delivery service like Royal Mail recorded as we are not responsible for any losses which are out of our control when returning products. We are unable to refund any shipping costs.
  • All containers, bottles and any unused supplements need to be returned to us for a refund to apply.
  • A refund will not be offered if the product has not been taken correctly as directed by the label, website or product guide.
  • If an order is returned to us due to customer error then a re-shipping fee of £9.99 is applicable on items over the weight of 500g and £5.00 under the weight of 500g. This is due to the cost of re-packing, and re-shipping that item. A refund of the item can be provided as an alternative, but the shipping cost will have to be taken out of this due to it being a cost we have incurred shipping the item out in the first place. If the error is ours, the item will of course be re-shipped at our cost.
  • You may ask for an exchange of product(s) instead of a refund.

Privacy

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information obtained in accordance with the data protection act 1998 and will not disclose any of the details to a third party.

Prices

  • All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Returns
