99 Nutrition now uses UK MAIL and Royal Mail as our main carriers. Any items which are purchased and weigh up to 500g including packaging will be sent via Royal Mail.

Any order placed online that has a value of over £49.99 will be delivered FREE. For all orders under the value of £49.99 will incur a small shipping charge.

In addition all special offers (including discount supplements) do not apply in the free shipping clause. So they will be charged at full rate. 
SHIPPING CHARGES.

Shipping is charged by weight ie small items under 500g will be charged at £2.99, larger items over 500g there will be a charge of £5.99.
There is a small surcharge for the Highlands of & islands of Scotland of £4.99.

Postcodes IV,HS,KA27-28,KW,PA20-749,PA60-78,PH17-26,PH30-44,PH49-50,ZE.

Surcharge for Northern Island, Isle of Man & isles of Scilly Postcodes BT,IM,TR21-25 is £10.00.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

CHANGE TO DELIVERY POLICY
99 Nutrition has been working very hard over the last 6 months to double the size of our product range. We now have thousands of products online and are continuously checking prices to be one of the cheapest in the UK.

Due to the small nature of our store we are unable to hold all items. Therefore all items that we do have in stock will be shipped out for next day delivery if ordered before 3pm. Anything that we do not hold in stock will be delivered within 2 - 3 days working days. Products ordered on a Friday may sometimes take an extra day. Delivery is FREE to the UK Mainland only for all orders over £49.99. This offer does NOT apply to, Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands and the Channel Islands. Delivery in the UK mainland is normally within 1-3 days and to other destinations within 2-4 days. Every effort is made to keep to this schedule however in certain cases items that are ordered are out of stock and have to be back ordered. In these circumstances delivery will generally take up to 7 days but we will email you informing you of the delay. Our delivery days are from Monday to Fridays. Orders taken on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday, with the exception of Bank holiday Mondays. Orders taken Monday – Thursday before 2pm are dispatched the same day using a 24hr service.

Saturday deliveries on items over 500g (if required)) are subject to a surcharge of £9.99

Items under 500g ordered before 2pm Monday-Friday will be shipped on a next day delivery service.
Uncollected Item

Our delivery company will attempt to delivery your order twice (leaving a delivery card). They will then hold your order for 24 hours in their deport. If they do not hear from you the customer within that time your order will be sent back to or our store and you will have to rearrange a delivery which will occur a further delivery charge or accept a refund minus the additional postal charge.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then you may return it to us for a refund. You must call/email first to arrange the return. Please note we are unable to refund any shipping costs.


Refunds will only be issued within 7 days from the date your products are dispatched.


We highly recommend you use a signed for delivery service like Royal Mail recorded as we are not responsible for any losses which are out of our control when returning products. We are unable to refund any shipping costs.


All containers, bottles and any unused supplements need to be returned to us for a refund to apply.


A refund will not be offered if the product has not been taken correctly as directed by the label, website or product guide.


A £8 administration fee applies to all refunds, but not exchanges.


You may ask for an exchange of product(s) instead of a refund.
